The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed separately with each client before work begins — nothing on this website is a binding quote until confirmed in writing.
Website projects are one-time, fixed-scope engagements unless otherwise agreed. Advertising management is billed on a recurring (typically monthly) basis and can be paused or ended by either party with reasonable notice, as agreed at the start of the engagement.
Timely delivery depends on you providing the content, access, and feedback we request (such as text, images, logins, or approvals). Delays in providing these may delay project timelines.

Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final website files and creative assets delivered to you. Any third-party tools, plugins, stock assets, or platforms used remain subject to their own licenses.
We manage ad campaigns responsibly and report on performance, but we cannot guarantee specific results (such as a fixed number of leads or sales), since outcomes depend on factors like market conditions, budget, pricing, and product-market fit that are outside our control.
